working hard as ever

due to.. um, a complaint (!) I will endeavour to strive to higher posting standards...

just finished a tutorial which i could NOT understand one thing of. Respect for sociologists - they use lots of polysyllabic words to explain concepts and they confuse poor little already-bemused law students such as myself. maybe tomorrow il expand. When you try and analyse law in terms of sociology you become unstuck. should that be 'stuck'?

onto other news. hall group was at mine last night, was feeling underprepared as usual, and was, as usually, divinely rescued. I also was putting on a bit of a front, a predictable device employed by me whenever i suspect a hint that people don't really see the real me. i talk absolutely non-stop. it's overcomensating, if anybody now sees me in hyperactive mood, they are now informed.

sorry for any fashionistas out there - actually a lot of my friends follow this particular trend (which i actually hate but am now realising i will have to succumb to for the sake of practicality) - but i'm going to buy some BOOTS! Not going as far as wellies but there's still time to influence.
cos i have a skirt which i only wear with flip flops and that simply won't do in the Cardiff micro climate of rain.

my favourite housemates vic and em are fabulous. just wanted to make a public announcement. they are the greatest.

i have a lecture soon.
